HRM 1303 - COLLECTIVE BARGAININGMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is intended to serve as an in-depth and comprehensive introduction to the field of collective bargaining in the private sector. Topics to be discussed include: representational rights, scope of bargaining, negotiations, impasse resolution, strikes, unfair practices and the grievance procedures.
