HRM 1303 - COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

This course is intended to serve as an in-depth and comprehensive introduction to the field of collective bargaining in the private sector. Topics to be discussed include: representational rights, scope of bargaining, negotiations, impasse resolution, strikes, unfair practices and the grievance procedures. Attention will also be given to the regulatory boards and judicial decisions.
