CHEM 1312 - ADVANCED BIOCHEMISTRYMinimum Credits: 4 Maximum Credits: 4 A continuation of biochemistry (CHEM 1306) with emphasis on peptide, nucleotide synthetic methodology. Further treatment of metabolic processes and oxidative phosphorylation. Laboratory will focus on basic research techniques such as electrophoresis, gel permeation chromatography, and enzyme kinetics.
