ADMJ 1302 - CRIMINAL LAW AND PROCEDUREMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course examines criminal and constitutional law as it impacts law enforcement in the criminal justice process. Included are studies of arrest, search and seizure, confessions, and evidence procedures as they relate to the everyday duties of the law enforcement officer.
