ADMJ 0205 - POLICE AND SOCIETY: RACE, CRIME AND JUSTICEMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course will examine the interconnected social domain between the police, race, crime, and justice. Major topics will include the over- representation of communities of color within the criminal justice system, racial profiling, mass incarceration, the war on drugs, the use of deadly force, and the historic dysfunctional relationship between police agencies and the black American experience.
