HPEDU 1320 - TEACHING HEALTHMinimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course will cover the foundations of health promotion. A survey of health promotion concepts is covered, as well as issues related to the theory and practice of health promotion. Models of health behavior are utilized. Controversial issues in the field of health promotion are also discussed. Academic Career: Undergraduate Course Component: Lecture Grade Component: LG/SNC Elective Basis Course Requirements: Prerequisite: UPB Admission to Education is required in order to register for this course.
