ES 1305 - SOIL SCIENCEMinimum Credits: 4 Maximum Credits: 4 An examination of the nature and properties of soils emphasizing physical and chemical processes that influence plant growth and the movement of water and pollutants are covered in this course. The importance of soil properties in determining urban, industrial and agricultural uses are discussed. There will be field trips to examine soil properties.
