ADMJ 0206 - CRIMINOLOGYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course examines the nature of criminal behavior, criminal law, and the American system of criminal justice. Sociological, biological, and psychological theories of criminal behavior are explored. Topics include the sociological impact of criminal behavior on contemporary society; issues of constitutional law and current issues in criminal justice. The relationship of the police, the courts, and correctional institutions to American society is also discussed.
