EDUC 1318 - EARLY MATH FOUNDATIONS (PREK-1)Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course will prepare teacher candidates to develop, deliver, and assess content related early math skills. Student will learn how to engage young learners in hands-on experiences and math exploration as they develop a concrete understanding of classification, patterning, counting, ordering, addition, and subtraction. Academic Career: Undergraduate Course Component: Lecture Grade Component: LG/SNC Elective Basis Course Requirements: Prerequisite: UPB Admission to Education is required in order to register for this course.
