NUR 1410 - ISSUES IN GERONTOLOGICAL NURSINGMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course explores the global aspects of aging, as well as selected common medical, psychological, developmental, and political issues of older-adults clients within a nursing frame work . Guidelines for health promotion and disease prevention are discussed as well as age and gender-specific pathophysiological processes and their treatment.
