EXSCI 1320 - PRINCIPLES OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND CONDITIONINGMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is designed to enhance the student's current level of knowledge and expertise to an advanced level in neuromuscular exercise physiology. The course will examine anaerobic energy systems and emphasis will be placed on high intensity exertion. The course will focus on the assessment and implementation of training programs with strong emphasis being placed on the areas of resistance training, plyometric training, flexibility, speed and agility training. Academic Career: Undergraduate Course Component: Lecture Grade Component: LG/SNC Elective Basis Course Requirements: Prerequisites: Upper-Level Courses require completion of ENG 0101, ENG 0102, FS 0102, and the MATH competency, also required is junior status
