BIOL 1320 - CELL BIOLOGYMinimum Credits: 4 Maximum Credits: 4 Cell structure and function are examined emphasizing energy flow, synthesis of biological macromolecules, molecular genetics, and signal transduction mechanisms. Laboratories explore cell biology phenomena, as well as basic cell and molecular biology skills. Scientific writing and critical thinking will be emphasized. Three hours of lecture and four hours of lab per week.
