ENTR 1306 - PAYROLL AND LABOR LAWMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This course examines the accounting systems and methods used in computing and recording payroll to include payroll taxes and compliance with federal and state legislation, as well as an overview of employment law - discipline and termination, EEOC, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, overlapping laws such as ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation.
