The geology minor is designed to give you basic scientific knowledge in earth sciences. You could benefit by majoring in education, environmental studies, energy science, and the biological sciences. It could also be valuable to you if you’re interested in anthropology, journalism, business, and political science.
The students will learn about the geological and environmental sciences to become scientifically and technically well-informed professionals capable of entering society’s economic mainstream and playing a role in solving geological, environmental, and resource problems.
