The art of public speaking is only one aspect of our multi-faceted communications major. The skills you learn in our communications program will serve you both personally and professionally. Exploring interpersonal, small group, nonverbal, and persuasive communication are all important aspects of the major. Communications professionals work in virtually every industry. Companies, educational institutions, and others place a high value on people who are able to communicate clearly and effectively.
